Cadence provides exhibition planning for consumer and trade events.  We organize, plan, and manage large scale exhibitions, private vendor fairs, or consumer events for companies and associations.  For many of our clients, a private tradeshow is an excellent way to connect with customers and provides many advantages over other channels.

Your exhibitors can expect to find hassle-free ordering, fair pricing, and a personal contact unique to the industry. We assign a show manager to each project who personally contacts every sponsor and exhibitor on your show.  The show manager will assist exhibitors with booth ordering, walk the show floor during setup, show, and dismantle, and consistently looks for ways to improve your show.  Your exhibitors and sponsors are treated as if they were our client.

Should you or your exhibitors need tradeshow services, we provide full service tradeshow exhibit management including warehousing, transportation, installation and dismantle, and management of displays.  Through our other departments, we can also provide promotional products, or literature fulfillment as required.  Our program helps clients streamline costs, measure success, and plan programs more effectively.
